To Our Customers,

We want to provide you with reassurance that allAVNA Industries locations remain open and are producing parts as we react to the spread of COVID-19. We have experienced no disruption to our supply chains, we have maintained a stock of materials and supplies, and we continue to ship orders.

Like many of you, we are working to fulfill critical needs. Especially during this unusual time, we are reminded that the components we manufacture, the customers we serve, and every member of our staff is Part of Something Greater. We are proud to be fulfilling our promise to you and our community.

The health and safety of our team members is always our highest priority. We have implemented new requirements and added to our already strict cleaning regimens. Staff members who are able to work remotely are doing so.  Our COVID-19 Response Team is working diligently to ensure we are compliant with all recommended best practices.

We are asking that visits to our facility be limited to only those which are absolutely necessary. We have also developed a COVID-19 Evaluation Process and are prohibiting entrance by anyone who does not meet those standards.

As part of our commitment to the community, we have partnered with Hartford HealthCare, a large network of local hospitals and medical services providers, and are donating our services and expertise to assist in the production of critically-needed personal protective equipment for health care providers.

We have already contacted many of you directly, but if we have been unable to reach you, or if you have questions, please contact us. Our customer service staff is happy to answer any questions. Additionally, our engineering team is available to offer advice and design assistance. We are ready to support you on projects needed now, and on plans for when life returns to a more normal state.

We are deeply grateful to our team and their dedication during this time. We also commend you, our customers, for your efforts. Together we can work to “flatten the curve” and help our families, neighbors and friends in this unprecedented time.

Sincere wishes for health and wellness,

Jason Howey
